TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Attribution and Credits: We require clients to credit and tag Organised Chaos Management (@organisedchaos.mgmt) in all publicly shared imagery and videos, including on social media, websites, and other promotional platforms.
  2. Payment Terms: Payment for services is due within 14 days of the invoice issue date unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges.
  3. Turnaround Times:
    • Digital photography: Post-production will be completed within 7 calendar days.
    • iPhone-captured content: Raw, unedited files can be transferred on the same day of the shoot upon request.
  4. Delivery and File Handling: Final edited images will be delivered via a secure digital link. Please download and back up your files promptly, as links may expire after 14 days. Re-uploads after expiration may incur a fee.
  5. Usage Rights: Organised Chaos Management retains copyright ownership of all media produced unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a limited license for the agreed usage. Resale or third-party licensing requires prior consent.
  6. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Requests, cancellations or reschedualling made less than 48 hours before a shoot may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee.
  7. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for ensuring the shoot location is ready and accessible. Delays caused by the client may result in additional fees.
  8. Limitations of Liability: We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment failure, third-party issues). We will work to reschedule or resolve issues as quickly as possible.
  9. Agreement Acknowledgment: Booking with Organised Chaos Management signifies acceptance of these terms.
